Using this website
These terms describe use of takxsports.com and its product information, request forms, and photo submissions. “TAKX,” “we,” and “us” refer to the business operating this website. Questions can be sent to takxsports@outlook.com.
Product information and fit
TAKX wraps are removable decorative wraps for the cleat models and sizes identified with each product. Cleats are not included unless expressly stated. Check the brand, model, and size carefully. Product images illustrate designs; screen colors, placement, and the appearance on individual cleats may vary.
Follow the supplied application and removal instructions. Wraps are intended for a single application. Wear, adhesion, and appearance depend on the cleat surface, preparation, conditions, and use. Wraps do not repair damaged cleats or replace protective sporting equipment.
Selections, requests, and purchases
Choosing designs in the builder or submitting a product request does not place a paid order or reserve stock. A request does not guarantee that a requested option will become available. The current website does not process payment. Purchase, shipping, cancellation, and return terms must be provided before paid ordering is enabled.
Contact us if product information or a displayed price appears incorrect. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply under law.
Photos and other submissions
Provide accurate contact details and submit only content you have permission to share. Photo submitters must be at least 18 and have the necessary permission from the photographer and the people pictured, including a parent or guardian for any child.
Sending a photo allows us to receive and review it. It does not automatically grant permission to publish it. If we want to feature your photo, we will arrange the appropriate permission first. Do not submit sensitive personal information or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Site content and acceptable use
TAKX branding, site designs, and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership of that material. Cleat brand names identify compatibility and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, send spam, or use the forms to distribute harmful or unlawful material.
Availability and changes
The site may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. We may update product information and these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with their revision date.
