This policy describes information handled through takxsports.com, operated as TAKX. For privacy questions or requests, contact takxsports@outlook.com.
Information you provide
- Product requests: name, email, requested cleat or style information, and any optional phone number, team, or notes you enter.
- Drop notifications: your email address when you sign up for updates.
- Photo submissions: name, email, uploaded photos, photo type, permission confirmations, and any optional social handle, team, or story. Photo files may contain embedded metadata.
Please provide only information needed for your request. Do not send payment card details, government identification, or other sensitive information through the forms. The current site does not collect payments.
How submissions are handled
The website sends form submissions to TAKX’s Outlook mailbox. Photos are included as email attachments and are not automatically published. We use submitted information to respond to requests, understand demand, manage requested updates, and review submitted photos. Permission to contact you about featuring a photo is separate from permission to publish it.
Hosting, email, and technical information
Hostinger provides website hosting and handles form processing; Microsoft Outlook handles delivered email. Those providers process information needed to provide their services. Hosting systems may record technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information for operation and security.
The form handler uses an IP-derived hash and a timestamp to limit rapid repeat submissions. The current site code does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Local file previews can save request or signup details in the browser’s local storage; clearing site/browser data removes those local preview records.
Sharing
Website submissions pass through our hosting and email providers so we can receive them. Photos submitted through the form are not automatically sent to a printer or posted in the gallery. Any future checkout or fulfillment service will require an update to this policy before it is introduced. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law.
Keeping and protecting information
Submissions can remain in our email records and provider backups while needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records, or meet legal requirements. The website does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule. Contact us if you want information reviewed or deleted. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, request a copy, or stop sending promotional updates by emailing takxsports@outlook.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. Applicable law may provide additional rights or require certain records to be retained. You can ask about removal of a featured photo using the same address.
Children and player photos
Our submission forms are intended for adults. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead of submitting personal information themselves. Adults submitting a child’s photo must have the appropriate permission. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without permission, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes
We will update this page when website information practices change. The revision date will identify the latest version.
